Liverpool CSD Gr. 1-6 iReady Diagnostic
Friday, September 18, 2020
Dear Liverpool CSD Families in Grades 1-6,
In a normal school year, your child would be taking the i-Ready Math Diagnostic Test in school. But not much about this school year is normal. Therefore, we need to work as partners on the i-Ready Math Diagnostic. Instead of taking this test in school, we need all students to take this test, at home, on Wednesday, September 23rd.
Please take a few moments to watch this video to explain more about the i-Ready Test: Video #1
Here is a resource you can use to help you be prepared on Wednesday: Family Checklist
Prior to Wednesday, your child’s math teacher will make sure that students know how to access the app on the Classlink Launchpad and the icon for i-Ready is pictured below. If your child has testing accommodations, their case manager will be sure they know how to access their accommodations or may reach out to you.
Teachers will connect with students on Wednesday morning through a Google Meet. Then it will be expected that your child will complete the diagnostic test, in reasonable chunks, throughout the day. Some teachers may also provide some activities to do at home but those will be optional.
If you have questions, please contact your child’s teacher.
Thank you for partnering with us at home to make this possible. You’ll receive a reminder about this on Tuesday, September 22nd.
